What we are looking for
As a Paid Media Specialist you support a wide variety of clients in the Nordic region.
You will set full and solid strategies within paid marketing to meet or exceed customers targets. You are able to implement, successfully optimize and report on the results. You are experienced in setting frameworks to improve efficiency and report on campaign performance. You know digital channels as you back pocket. Some of our customer engagements also require in depth operational expertise. You will also have the opportunity to guide clients how paid social marketing fit into an overall digital marketing strategy and prioritize recommendations from agencies and publishers.

Skills and experience
You have a curious personality, rigorous attention to detail, and focus on quality of deliverables
Have strong written and verbal skills to communicate professionally with clients
Deep experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns that have delivered strong value (from agency, freelance, or in-house)
Have knowledge of more online marketing channels and have worked operationally in depth with at least one paid media channel, expertise in other marketing channels are seen as a plus
Successfull experience operating advertising accounts in Facebook and preferably also LinkedIn, Instagram and/or TikTok
Are familiar with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and preferably used to implementing tracking scripts through tag managers like Google Tag Manager or similar
Possess a strong analytical and numerical skillset
Desire to develop best practices and identify new projects to deliver increased customer value, preferably in collaboration with our sister companies within ARC
The ability and/ordesire to lead, coach junior talents and develop a team is seen as a plus
Certifications in Facebook/Google and/or other relevant tools and platforms
