We are looking for a Packaging Specialist for our site in Malmo. You will join the team of eight colleagues and get opportunity to grow in the international company with the passion for paints!

What you will do?
You will belong to the Packaging Specialist team of eight collegues. Your main key responsibilites are following:
handles internal and external packaging complaints,
troubleshoots technical issues regarding packaging and labelling,
manages data of packaging and labels on the site,
conducts tests and approves new packaging and labels,
initiates and leads local Management of Change for new packaging and labels,
participates in/leads capital investment and Continuous Improvement projects,
interfaces with Production, Quality, Marketing and Commercial Departments to industrialize new packaging and labels.
Who you are?
You have university degree (min. Bachelor of Science). You have excellent knowledge in Swedish and English - spoken and written. You also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and experience in manufacturing is preferred.
As a person you have the ability to work in a team and independently as well as detail-orientation to ensure precise processes and you have the ability to take own initiative and ownership at work. You have good communication skills to work effectively with different departments in the organization.
