Assignment description
As a Package development engineer you will be part of a cross-functional scrum team and have the responsibilty to:
Design packages and package features in accordance to requirements and limitations of the system
Support the translation of requirements into sub-system requirements related to package
Define V&V strategy related to package area and execute it.
Write test specifications, perform tests, analyze package performance & functionality results and document results using reports
Drive root cause investigations on package performance and functionality
Drive risk assessment for package
Skills Requirements:
CAD skills (PTC Creo)
Render skills
Consumer product design skills
Analytical skills
Clear in communication, fluent in English - both written and spoken
Can manage complexity and ambiguity
Team player that, at the same time, is expected to take on own initiatives and activities
Development process knowledge incl e.g. risk assessment and requirements management
Prefered skills:
Experience of physical testing is a plus
Knowledge about scrum and agile way of working is a plus
