Role Description:
In this position you will develop and maintain the PDM processes and related solutions in support of Volvo Construction Equipment's Strategic Objectives, P&IT Strategic road-maps, and business demands from the relevant process owners. A key aspect of this role will be to provide a bridge between the business process and the Volvo CE solutions by supporting the business with the development of business requirements, functional specifications, business case development, KPIs, case scenarios, as-is/to-be flowcharts etc. You will in this role develop and manage PDM process documentation, measurements, analysis, architecture and support continuous improvements.

As P&IT Business Process Analyst - PDM you will have cross functional responsibilities to:
• Understands the PDM processes for all plants and highlight opportunities for process improvements
• Support process standardization and simplification
• Represent Global Order Management sub-portfolio in PDM area for global projects eg. DMOM+, PLM program, 1OMS etc.
• Represent the business as global PDM Key User
• Support UAT for global projects/CRs
• Lead PDM trainings and keep competence in PDM team on required level

Formal experience and education:
