hela Sverige Transformer Service in Ludvika works with project management in service work, new installation work, regeneration, as well as training. The sale of semi-finished products and spare parts is also carried out by the department. The Transformers Service unit in Ludvika consists of 15 people.
You will have the important task of preparation and processing of orders, as well as handling of semi-finished products and spare parts. You will also work with technical planning.
Additionally, customer support is an important part of this position. Meeting with customers will be a regular part of your job, which may mean travel.
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a base, and experience with customer service on top, as well as experience with order processing and knowledge of materials science. It is a merit if you have knowledge of transformers and reactors and/or experience in power technology. Today, you might already be working with project leading or purchasing. Project management with tools like MS Office, Outlook and ERP-LN is also familiar to you.
You consider yourself to be a customer and quality focused professional. As a person, you are a proactive communicator, flexible coworker and a stress tolerant customer specialist. It is an important requirement to have excellent skills in both English and Swedish, written and spoken alike. Additional language skills are considered a merit.
We are now looking for an Order Leader for the Transformer Service unit within the division of Power Grids. You will be a part of a unit that works with customers both in Sweden and all over the world, which will give you a large, international network of people to work with. Your tasks will be varied and you will gain extensive knowledge of the various products in ABB.
Service division in ABB Sweden has a nationwide organization today with 700 employees in 23 locations. They offer fast and professional service, optimizing operations and production at facilities. We do this via upgrades, studies, analyses and training in our technology areas of drive systems, motors and generators, power, robotics and control systems. Our service is based on rapid troubleshooting and corrective action plus preventative maintenance that enables us to increase availability and reduce running costs.
