• Transform business requirements into changes needed in common IT systems
• Independently plan and drive analysis within specific technologies (cross-changes) or triggered by specific changes (cross-platform)
• Hold workshops and interviews to capture input from SMEs
EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIOURS
• Analytical mindset with attention to details
• Understanding of financial statements and basic understanding of banking industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Has worked in a large organisation, preferably in a bank or financial institution
• Very well accustomed to working with PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience of business analysis within accounting, consolidation and reporting. Preferably in SAP, HFM and Teradata platforms
