CarmentaAutomotive works with cloud technology for the automotive industry. Their cloud-based software improves traffic flow, creates more efficient and environmentally friendly driving, and aims to reduce road accidents. Their product enables vehicles to better understand their surroundings. The goal and ambition of this team of 12 are to provide 'situational awareness' and optimize vehicle accessibility.
About the Position:
Together with our partner CarmentaAutomotive, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in central Gothenburg. In this role, you will work on a variety of tasks that are necessary for the company to operate smoothly. You will contribute to sales, marketing, finance, and project activities, and handle daily office administration too, such as picking up mail and arranging Friday treats. You will be the central 'go-to-person' for our team for administrative topics and our suppliers (office, IT, communication, bookkeeping, etc.). You will support the management and prepare financial reports, check invoices, monitor budgets, and, also communicate with customers as needed.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Handling invoices and payments
• Managing purchases
• Associated administration
• Maintaining office organization and related office tasks
• Contribute to reporting, preparing management documentations
• Supporting the team
• Contributing to the development and improvement of processes and routines
• Participating in management meetings
We are looking for someone who:
• Is an allrounder and a doer eager to take care of tasks that arise
• Creative, perseverant and striving for development
• Has a higher education degree, preferably in HR, economics, or management
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a similar broad role.
• Enjoys diverse tasks.
