Operations Manager at Narrative:
As Operations Manager at Narrative, your main responsibilities are to manage the supply chain and logistics. The objective is always to get our products to our customers in the most efficient manner possible, optimizing for speed and economy. The role is part of the management team at Narrative and as the manager you will be building and recruiting people into the Operations team as it grows. This also means that you will be able to direct your own responsibilities towards the areas you are personally most skilled and interested in. Our production is placed in Taiwan, experience with asian business culture is meriting.

You will be working with:
• Overall responsibility for Narrative product what is needed to get it to customers in the most efficient manner possible
• Cooperate with the sales organization in sales forecasting
• Planning for component sourcing and production
• Planning and is responsible for the logistics chain from component suppliers to the factory and the customer
• Responsible for business software and similar tools that support the operations
• Responsibility for quality aspects in the production and handling of returns from customer
• Scouting and selecting suppliers and production facilities
