hela Sverige At Group Finance in Swedbank we are strengthening our operational risk management function. We are looking for a specialist who will support the risk manager in the identification and assessment of risks in business operations, core processes and new initiatives, as well as the follow up on operational incidents and development of policies.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Develop your skills in risk management and expand your knowledge in accounting and financial reporting.
• Contribute to key operational risk processes, such as risk assessment, incident management and new product approval.
• Facilitate the quarterly reporting on operational risks to the Group's risk control function.
• Perform incident analysis and coordinate appropriate short-term and long-term actions to minimise incident impact and prevent reoccurrence.
• Organise training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of operational risk management.
• Promote efficient and effective risk management, supported by centrally maintained guidance on tools, templates and systems, ensuring alignment with Swedbank's internal governance frameworks.
• Drive recurring operational risk management activities, such as BCM and CMT.
• Impact your own priorities and enjoy working in an international environment.
What is needed in this role:
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field.
• At least three years' experience from working with Finance processes in a complex environment.
• Ambition to grow professionally by taking on new challenges.
• Result orientation, organised way of working and can-do attitude.
• Good social and collaboration skills.
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English (speaking, writing).
• Meriting: knowledge of operational risk management in a financial organisation.
