www.loipart.com We are looking for an operational purchaser to Loipart because their purchaser Emilia will go on parental leave. We would like you to start in January 2020 and work until March 2021. The position is responsible for handling product purchasing in an international environment.
Main work tasks:
• Receive, administrate and send out Purchase Orders
• Logistics including delivery monitoring
• Product identification
• Maintain article records
• Internal point of contact concerning suppliers details
• Adding and pricing new parts in the business system according to Loiparts pricing policy
• Maintain and develop pricing of present parts
• Support the warehouse personnel when problems occur with incoming goods
• Support Sales staff in complicated projects.
Education & experience:
• Upper secondary school
• Experience of a similar position within purchasing and/or forwarding.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience of Epicor or similar ERP system
• Fluent in English
