Poolia is recruiting an Operational Manager and CFO to Eurolines Scandinavia. The position is initially placed at the office in Malmö, but during 2008 you will be placed in Copenhagen. You are offered a challenging position within leading the day-to-day business and the seven people staff.

Arbetsuppgifter
Job description:
• responsible for the day-to-day management of the company
• be in charge of the contacts with the distribution network
• responsible for the holding of daily registration of supplier invoices and payments from passengers by the staff
• reconciliation of bank accounts, intercompany accounts, debtors, creditors and petty cash
• issuing invoices to agents and prepare the daily payments to subcontractors
• right-hand to the CEO and elaborate the monthly reporting.

Erfarenhet
We are looking for an analytical person with qualified experience from roles within finance. Your personal and social skills will be of great importance in this recruitment.
Qualifications:
• university degree in finance/accounting or controlling
• at least 2 years experience from similar job
• used to work with different currencies
• knowing of the Danish and Swedish Bookkeeping regulations
• self-going and with high integrity
• social capability
• excellent knowledge in english
• experience in Navision Financial accounting system would be preferable.
