Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.

Publiceringsdatum2011-03-08Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for an Operational Developer (OD) within the department, Strategy and Operational development, Ericsson Supply Site Kumla.
Your responsibility will be to assist management to fulfill unit objectives through securing an appropriate management system and through driving/supporting performance management and operational improvements.
Internally you will have interfaces with all departments within Ericsson Supply Site Kumla. Externally, you will have interfaces and networks with Ericsson BNET Supply OD, Supply Operational Excellence and other external Supply Sites.
Some traveling is a part of this position.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a person with a proactive mindset and attitude who likes challenges in the daily work. To be successful in this position you should be quality minded and used to work with Management System issues. The preferred candidate would have good communication and presentation skills, as the role involves communication and interaction with the internal departments/organization and external networks.
A Operational Developer should have:
• good understanding and experience of coordinating and driving Management System issues
• good understanding and knowledge of the ISO 9001
• good understanding and experience of internal audits - ISO 9001
• good understanding of Lean / Six Sigma
• good understanding and experience of improvement methods and tools
• good computer skills MS Office
• very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing
• good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing
• good communication and presentation skills
• independent, self-confident and well organized with analytical mind
• open person who likes challenges in the daily work and a recognized team player
• self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.
