GTP OVE is looking for an Operation Project Manager.

Mission
The Operation Project Manager (previously called Operation Purchasing Coordinator) is the Project Manager representing Purchasing in all maintenance related activities both inside the buyer community and towards our stakeholders. She/he is the maintenance expert within the department.

Responsibilities
• In a pro-active way drive and follow up the Purchasing part of the Intro Block (IB) according to the Develop Product & Service Product Portfolio (DVP) and decided support processes
• Deliver the Purchasing IB requirements on time with agreed quality, cost, and features (QDCF) according to requested volumes and production capacity
• Be the purchasing representative in the IB Project Management Teams (PMT)
• As a part of the cross functional team takes an active role in the implementation of the IB, participating in required meetings, contributing to the fulfillment of the total IB and be the voice of purchasing the IB Project Management Team
• Fulfills assigned IB Purchasing Gate deliverables established by the IB Project Management Team
• Present IB gates in Reference group
• Be the interface with the range (Technology Product Project) for all maintenance related topics
• Support the Purchasing Director in the Maintenance Decision Body preparation and act as deputy when needed
• Lead and manage the purchasing maintenance activities through a close cooperation with a wide part of the Purchasing organization (Operation, sourcing and project buyers & managers, SQE)
• Insure all needed buyers and SQEs in relation to the IB are on board
• Report the status to the purchasing management team and to the buyer community
• Support maintenance process knowledge within the department

Authorities
• Support the purchasing recommendation within the IB PMT for each gate
• Break down the IB requirements into manageable deliverables and set priorities amongst the purchasing operation teams to meet the IB targets (timing, budget, features, etc.)
• Represent PU in the PE Maintenance Pulse meeting
