Defining and implementing the Digital Pipeline, the Analytics requirement, Digitalization, Cloud Based and flexible, adaptable and easy Development Environment and Deployment Ecosystem.

Reporting to the Head of EcoSystem and Product Program office and part of the EcoSystem Program Core leadership, you will lead the execution and evolution of our product and production architecture helping DNEW R&D continue to contend in an open and cloud based external customer EcoSystem and enable a Developer Focused Development Environment.
As Program Manager for the ONE RAN Production System, you will coordinate the backlogs for the overall evolution of the production system and lead the specific internal Requirement Areas for Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud based and open source Development Environment, Architecture modularization and Digital Pipeline. You will ensure value creation and efficient execution of the program backlogs.
The role involves leading the activities of Master and Senior program managers responsible for implementing the backlogs. You will work closely with the APO for the Production System as well as with key stakeholders across DNEW and PAN.
What you will do
You will be responsible for :
Planning and Execution the full set of backlogs in the One RAN Production System Program
Ensure that Area Product Owner (APO) and PM team focuses on value statements/efficiency cost of operations and strategic plan
Securing relevant gain for investment received
Participating and key stakeholder in a core team of authorities on architectural and production system topics
Working with the APO to secure aligned prioritization withing the One RAN Production System Program community
With the PMs in your team, set the ambition level for program efficiency.
Defining and evolving the production system strategy
Evaluate the impact of proposed evolution steps, as well as the overall long-term improvement needed to secure BNEW's portfolio ambition
Reporting on strategy execution plans to DNEW management, stakeholders (e.g. product management) and to the larger DNEW organization.
You will bring
Solid understanding of the RAN & ERS product portfolio
Excellent grasp of the full development flow and production system.
Experience in running Cloud Native Programs
Many years (3+) experience as a senior leader of complex programs and/or organizations in a multi-stakeholder environment
leadership experience in the areas of architecture work, systemization and verification on system level
Ability to balance time horizons - driving near-term results while also setting and driving the direction for the future
Excellent customer understanding to align architecture and strategy
Ability to synthesize and simplify, and express clear conclusions
Ability to set clear plans and continuously communicate on direction and progress to different stakeholders
Ability to lead experienced program managers consisting of senior R&D professionals (Senior, Master PMs)
Experience with leading complicated change programs
Capability to drive and deliver results through collaboration
Courageous leadership, providing clear direction and setting appropriate standards of behavior through uncompromising integrity
Financial and critical thinking with an analytical, structured approach.
