We are on the lookout for an Onboarding Specialist to boost our efforts in hiring and supporting the best and most talented employees from all over the world.
THE ROLE
As an Onboarding Specialist, you 'll be responsible for our new employee pre/onboarding process. You 'll work alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to deliver a great experience to our new employees. This is a new role which means it can be transformative. The right candidate would need the tenacity, adaptability and open-mindedness to keep up with the role's changing demands.
Some of the work tasks
Guide and support the new employees through the process from signing their contracts up until they are onboard on-site on their first days. This may include providing information about:
- Work-place rules and values,
- Housing arrangements in Sweden
- Contact with landlords and assist with housing
- Tax office registration
- Bank contacts
- Contacting other possible cooperation partners, among others.
The new onboarding specialist would also be required to:
- Learn and manage the administrative and migration process for our new employees from outside of the EU
- Coordinate and communicate with hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure all parties are on track through the hiring process
- Coordinate and support employee benefits
- Support and be part of various HR / Recruitment Projects and Employer Branding, for example;
- Develop and enhance the onboarding process
- Increase employee retention
- Enhance a positive work environment
- Other occasional tasks and administration within the HR department
We are looking for someone open-minded with the ability to work independently at a high pace in a small and multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous work experience from a coordinating service role where relationship-building and customer/employee experience were the focus of your work
- Accustomed to working in an international environment
- Flexible, motivated, and ambitious
- A positive can-do attitude
- Service-minded and passionate about creating employee satisfaction
- Fluency in Swedish and English, verbal and in writing
- Driver's license
A plus
- Interest/knowledge about Swedish society, social benefits, school systems, etc
- Previous work within Onboarding/Relocation
