We're now looking for a brand new role as Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Key Account Management team. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for a person who wants to give our customers a world-class onboarding experience, to join our team
You will onboard customers through meetings, webinars and Intercom, but also find new- and improve ways of working.
We are right now 14 Customer Success Managers located in Sweden, Finland, and the UK and now looking for our first Onboarding Specialist We work towards team goals on a quarterly basis, with renewals and happy customers as our main focus!
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Implement and onboard new customers
• During the onboarding process make sure our customers utilize the product when they go "live"
• Create and hold webinars regarding onboarding and training
• Create and use Intercom to onboard customers
• Create material for onboarding
• Collect and analyze customers feedback
• Together develop and improve ways of working with onboarding of our customers

Is this you?
• Experience within onboarding and/or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
• Experience from the HR industry
• A hobby "tech-savvy" person
• Fluent in English & Swedish
• A ping pong professional ... we're kidding! But we do like to play
