That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for more Onboarding Specialists to join our team. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for people who wants to give our customers a world-class onboarding experience
You will both onboard customers through meetings, webinars and other platforms that can help you, as well as both improving and finding new ways of working.
Within the Customer Success department you find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists and Onboarding Specialists, who are located in Sweden, Finland, and the UK
You will join in an early stage as the Onboarding Specialist role is very new, which means you will be able to influence many job tasks and different ways of working.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Implement and onboard new customers
• During the onboarding process make sure our customers utilize the product when they go "live"
• Create and hold webinars regarding onboarding and training
• Create and use Intercom/Product tours to onboard customers
• Create material for onboarding
• Collect and analyze customers feedback
• Together develop and improve ways of working with onboarding of our customers

Is this you?
• Experience within onboarding and/or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
• Experience from the HR industry
• A hobby "tech-savvy" person
• Fluent in Swedish & English - and Spanish is a plus
• A ping pong professional ... we're kidding! But we do like to play
