We are looking for several on-site technicians to our customers on-site support team, to perform standard on-site work tasks. The site support team is a team who works with 2nd line on-site support close to their IT Helpdesk.
The following qualities are important to us:
• Service minded
• Social skills
• General IT knowledge
• Administrative skills
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish
• Independent
• Team player
• A yearning to learn and develop his/her own and others ' skills
Example of work related tasks:
• Help the customers with hardware and software questions
• Provide the users with technical equipment.
• Installation of Computer HW/SW
The work can involve overtime work (sometimes weekends or evenings). Those occasions are planned
Additional: For this assignment, we are looking for consultants permanently based in Stockholm
