Job Description

We are looking for an OMNI Project Merchandise Manager to join our Weekday Merchandising Team; including brands as Weekday, Cheap Monday and Monki. This role will be the merchandising responsible for portfolio optimization and expansion of our channels by setting merchandising strategy, supporting business cases and creating plans and routines to accomplish high level of project implementation.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
Provide analysis and input on space optimization using commercial KPIs and strategize with other stakeholders on improving store productivity in existing and expansion projects.
Assess, align, and prioritize on actions for merchandising related to expansion and consolidation projects setting clear strategy in terms of stock, allocation, replenishment, assortment build coordinating within customer experience, logistics and area.
Lead OMNI analysis on size of store, capacity, assortment breadth to guide merchandising and assortment function to build a profitable assortment.
Support in roll out and creation of business cases for tests, global initiatives and provide relevant input to various teams on maintaining a relevant and healthy portfolio.
Participate or lead project kick offs with relevant functions on projects. On site visits to ensure customer experience and follow up on stock actions when applicable
Follow up of existing or concluded projects/tests on regular basis.

Qualifications

We believe that you are solution oriented and self-driven. You are adept in project management - with organization and efficiency as key strengths. You are analytical and strategic but can share your conclusions with clarity and concision.
A minimum of 3 years working experience and a track record of results from roles preferably within Merchandising, Business Analyst/ Controlling.
You have a background that provides a thorough and holistic understanding of ecommerce business.
Advanced experience in Power BI, Excel, Office is a plus - combined with an eagerness to learn new systems.
Spoken and written language skills: professional-level English or native English
You can easily see the bigger picture, set the right priorities for yourself and lead others to do so too.
You stay calm and true to yourself even under great stress and high pressure.

This is a temporary role (with opportunity to extend) starting as soon as possible and is based at Weekday's Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
