Who you are:
You are a social and bubbly person with a strong interest in service. In this role, you'll support the entire office with daily office management tasks and help ensure our staff and externals have the best experience possible at our office.
Location: Uppsala
Employment Type:Part-time (approx. 1-2 hours per day)
What you will do:
Make sure the office lives up to the Wehype standard at all times by making it look clean and organized.
Organize our daily breakfast
Help us organise company events like seasonal kickoffs, gaming nights, keynotes and partner meet-ups.
Coordinate purchases, mail and deliveries for the office.
Who you are:
A doer. You can handle multiple tasks and requests at the same time, prioritizing your own pipeline effectively.
A social and bubbly person who really enjoys being around people
A creative problem solver, unfazed by new challenges even if it will be your first time on the task.
You're approachable and strive to contribute positively to the office's energy.
Fluency in English (our working language) is required. Basic Swedish (to communicate with vendors) is preferable.
