JOB DESCRIPTION
Danfoss, a world leader in development, production and sales of mobile hydraulics and electronics has a vacancy for a direct OEM Account Manager to have responsibility for major customers in northern Sweden. The position will be based in our office at Stockholm or home based in the territory reporting to the Sales Manager OEM (Sweden&Finland).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop direct OEMs business at specified accounts. Develop customer relationship and acts as primary field sales representative for Danfoss, servicing specific accounts. Deeply understands customer?s structure, products and decision making processes.
Ensure that Danfoss provides 'Unique Customer Ex-perience' by orchestrating all Danfoss relations and contacts to the customer. Possess a level of competence necessary to compre-hend and discuss technical and commercial aspects of the products / solutions.
Lead international coordination role for specified OEMs, if required by sales management.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: University degree (Bachelor / Master) in mechanical / electrical engineering discipline or sufficient expe-rience in mechanical, hydraulic or electronics design or technical support. Formal commercial and account management train-ing is preferred. 3 - 5 years sales experience, ideally in the hydraulics industry, or in Danfoss target markets. Proven track record of successful Account Management and Sales Development.
