ALTEN is expanding and now looking for NVH Test Engineers with experience from Automotive industry with great personalities and skills to strengthen the team in Gothenburg, Sweden. In the role you will work with assignments onsite at customer sites related to NVH testing. The work could be related to both test cells and on proving ground. The purpose is to perform physical NVH testing to optimize tomorrow's cars in respect to e.g. sound quality, environmental footprints and regulation fulfillments. It will also be meritorious if you in addition have experience from NVH CAE and/Vehicle dynamics.

Background:

We have received requests within the field of NVH testing and are in need to strengthen our team within the area. Your personality will be of high value in the hiring process but we also see the need of being experienced in the field of NVH testing.

Qualifications:



Mandatory:
• Proven experience within NVH testing for automotive industry with use of LMS testlab, Head acoustics and/or PAK.

• You should be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus. We are expecting excellent communication skills, ease to translate complicated computational concepts to the public, and a collaborative approach with co-worker and customers.

We will not consider applicants without a professional experience in NVH testing or something related to the field.



Preferred:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within NVH testing.

• Experience from Road noise testing.

• Skills in Matlab and Python.

• Skills in other FEM Softwares like Abaqus and Optistruct.

• Experience from either work close with NVH CAE and/or Vehicle dynamic simulations or has experience from performing. --NVH CAE and/or Vehicle dynamic simulations.

• Located in Sweden or being an EU citizen.
