hela Sverige As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new part time and full time Norwegian speaking colleagues to join our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.
As a collection agent you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Our mission is to find a solution together with the customer. You are an efficient, independent person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, sociable team members makes you tick.
As you will talk a lot on the phone you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions and can't be afraid to take own initiative. Also, you need to have strong communication skills and you are fluent in or have knowledge about the Norwegian language.
Your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our department. It's a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call centers or if you speak several languages.
