hela Sverige Europe's largest Independent Fleet Management company, Fleet Logistics is expanding its Nordic operations due its continued success both locally in the Nordics and right across Europe. In the past year Fleet Logistics has seen the Nordic operations based in Malmo and Helsinki grow from euro 30m of assets and 3,000 vehicles under management to just under euro 100m and 10,000 vehicles. As a result we are seeking to expand both our Regional Executive team and our local operational team with the appointment of various key positions.
KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manage and control the day to day operational responsibility of a team of people by providing direction, coaching and development ensuring that efficiencies are optimized, targets are monitored, managed and met and customer service standards are continuously exceeded. Undertake full accountability for on site responsibilities whilst ensuring focus, motivation and engagement of staff is maintained. Develop supplier network and supplier revenues. P&L responsibility for two offices
Minimum requirement;
Automotive and/or leasing background at director/management level
Allround commercial and operational skills
Good communicator both in regional and English language
Experience working across the Nordic countries preferable
Allround IT skills

Reports to: CEO (Northern Europe) & Director of Operations (Europe)
