ArbetsuppgifterThis KAM role will be responsible for managing and developing our clients Nordic B2B/Etail business via a network of distributors and resellers. The primary focus will be on developing and growing our managed strategic Gold and Silver B2B Reseller Partners and to grow breadth within the SMB channel. Developing VARs such as Atea, Dustin, Comp2IG, Komplett, etc. The KAM will be responsible for developing/executing a clear channel business plan on how to maximise profitable sales in the Nordics by deepening our direct relationships with our Gold partners with a view to farming the Silver partners, by increasing customer intimacy, by managing a wide network of channel contacts effectively, generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline of special bid requests and tenders and reporting in our CRM system, SalesForce.
Working with the regional Business Development Executive, the KAM will develop/execute Account Sales & Marketing Plans, aligned with the business objectives and strategies defined by the business to agreed budgets, maximising both Gross Margins and ROI on customer program spend. Also in collaboration with the Central Marketing team in the UK, the KAM will: implement and maintain our clients channel pricing policy with customers to avoid channel conflict; co-ordinate and provide Regional Product Marketing with competitive data (i.e. TAM data), VOC Feedback, regional trends etc.; and prepare and monitor accurate forecasts
The successful candidate will be expected to spend at least 60% of their time customer facing.
Bakgrund" Bachelor degree in sales or commercial economics is preferred
" Proven track record of revenue growth with assigned accounts, ideally with an IT/Technology background
" Preferably a minimum of 5+ years' experience from within a Tech Vendor, Distributor or Corporate Reseller
" Networking - proven networker who can manage, maintain and farm a wide span of channel contacts
" Self Motivation - ability to work independently without day to day manager interaction
" Good presentation and negotiation skills - the ability to present at all levels (both internally and externally).
" Results Orientated - demonstrate a can do attitude, highly self-motivated, consistently delivers the numbers
" Full computer literacy strong ability with Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
" Previous experience of using CRM tools (i.e.SalesForce.com) and POS data an advantage
" Organisation Skills - able to effectively manage multiple tasks and work within a pressurised environment showing attention to detail
" Fluent in English and at least in one of the Nordic languages
