We are recruiting a Clinical Education Specialist to our team. You will be responsible for delivering training to our Molecular Imaging customers in the Nordics. The MI business includes imaging equipment for Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT & Cyclotron centers. You will belong to a team with a commercial and clinical education mission, and work on projects with a variety of healthcare institutes. In this role you will grow your clinical expertise in MI and your ability to communicate, educate and lead.
Essential Responsibilities:
Train our customers on clinical and technical aspects of MI.
Help customers improve their clinical capabilities with MI.
Continuously develop and communicate optimal clinical protocols.
Support sales organization with clinical expertise.
Build customer satisfaction.
Support and bring expertise to trade shows and conferences.
Develop marketing material.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Clinical and/or technical experience using molecular imaging equipment.
Computer skills.
Fluent in at least 1 Nordic language and English.
Valid driving license level B.
Ability to travel to deliver application training to hospitals and healthcare providers in the Nordic region.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience and "know-how" in MI.
Previous employment at a Nordic healthcare provider.
Technology interest.
Teaching skills.
Communication skills.
