We are looking for a Brand Manager,Home care and Beauty & Personal Care to Unilever.

About the role
We are looking for an innovative and self-driven marketing professional who is passionate about delivering excellent product experiences for our client 's Home Care brands in Nordics. The key activities include; insight generation, innovation/project management and channel transformation. You report to Nordic Marketing Manager Home Care. This is a temporary position for 6 months where you will be employed by Jurek. It is a full-time employment with start immediately or according to agreement. The function is located in Stockholm.
Your tasks include:
• Crafting innovation, renovation, and channel roadmap to deliver profitable and competitive growth. This includes building strong propositions and plans based on deep understanding of consumers, brands, channels, and trends.
• Managing regional/local innovation and renovation projects to the agreed milestones/timelines and to the high-quality standards set (OTIF). This includes collaboration with different functions including regional brand teams, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Consumer Insights
• Drive new product development process from concept through commercialization including
• Develop annual and long-range innovation roadmaps to be presented towards our customers making them believe in our brand.
• Developing compelling trade presentation towards sales team to sell-in our portfolio to customers and maximize execution of innovation and renovation
• Accountable for the analysis of product performance, business case delivery and portfolio health and complexity. This includes the monitoring of progress against key measures.
• Work closely with Home Care Brand Experience team to insure consistent brand articulation.
To be successfull in the role, you will need:
• At least 2 years working experience within consumer brand marketing
• University degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant area
• Financial acumen
• Detail oriented with excellent project management skills
• Obsession with brands & consumers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask across several businesses and projects
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage, but not mandatory.
