Falck Global Assistance helps travelers abroad. We assist both insurance companies and companies with holidaymakers, business travellers and expatriate employees. Our core competencies are medical assistance, travel assistance and claims handling, all of which are services that are handled at our 24/7 emergency Response Centers around the world.

Falck Global Assistance is looking for a Nordic Account Manager who will support and develop a Nordic Insurance Customer and coordinate and follow up activities in between parties. This is a new role in a growing business, global market leaders in providing both travel -and medical assistance. The role is based in Sweden/Stockholm and report directly to the Nordic Key Account Manager . This position requires the ability to travel around twice a month.

The role

As Account Manager you will be responsible for developing the B2I customer on Nordic level. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and ensure an optimal operational delivery of the services at Nordic level, whilst building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with the customer.

You will be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the account, as well as be the liaison between operational departments, and other staff and towards the insurance company based in all Nordic countries, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

• Following up on contract
• Preparing and executing customer meetings and presentations
• Consider basis and input for renewals of contract
• Following-up on customer performance, profitability, growth, and reporting
• Ensuring that contractual agreements and SLAs are kept in collaboration with the Head of Operations in Nordic countries
• Supporting the development of strategic partnership projects and participating in commercial initiatives
• Customer facing project management, maintaining the Nordic approach of this Nordic customer in operations
• Answering ad-hoc queries

Candidate criteria

We are looking for an ambitious and forthcoming candidate, who will set high standards and work with an independent and disciplined approach in supporting our customer.

The ideal candidate has:

• Excellent operational- and customer service understanding from the Insurance industry or a similar services assistance business. Maybe you have previous experience as an Assistance Coordinator and has moved into more project based or client relationship roles.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• A natural interest in Account Management and customer support
• Commercial understanding
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word/PPT/Excel)
• Written and oral fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages (NO, SE or DK) and English
• Ideally international experience from a Nordic or global setting

Other

• Full time position with start date by agreement.
• The work is flexible with a hybrid work model
• During the approx. 2-3 months onboarding period you should be willing to spend time onsites/travelling as required to get to know the Nordic organization
