Job description
Our verification activities use the latest test techniques and processes to ensure the quality and functionality of next-generation networks. Our goal is to enable the success of future mobile broadband applications. We will work to ensure a successful market introduction and a product that exceeds the customer's expectations.
As a Verification Engineer, you and your team will play an active and important role in the development of the radio access network, making a clear impact on the end result. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparation of test scenarios.
• Design test cases using JAVA.
• Performing tests.
• Evaluating test results and troubleshooting faults.
In this role, you will also get the opportunity to work with our customers in their live network during the market introduction of new products. These positions are based in Stockholm (Kista), Sweden.
Qualifications and requested competence
• You must have an engineering degree from an institute of technology.
• Interest and experience of programming in Java or similar programming languages
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken - is essential.
In this role, you will need to be a self-starter who can take the initiative and work independently while at the same time being an effective team player. You will need to work to deadlines and be focused on results. Most importantly, we want someone who is open to learning and will share their findings with others.
