As a newly graduate at H&M you will have a lot of responsibility and be a part of exciting initiatives and projects. You will find your place in any of these roles:

Application Expert: you will be a part of our supply chain program where we are implementing a global ERP solution. The role may contain either or both technical and functional aspects, and you'll be working with design, configuration, test, deploy etc. and act as a link between business and IT. You will develop a deep knowledge about warehouse/logistic and be trained in SAP.

Requirement Analyst: you will work close to our business, capture requirements and translate as well as document them into IT requirements. You'll work within a development team or with solutions sourced from external suppliers, that supports our online channels, buying and production office or systems that supports the IT Department.

Tester: you'll be a part of our test team and work with test planning, design, execution and reporting. You will review and give input on requirements, strategies and plans from a test perspective. You will work in an international team and communicate with other project members and external suppliers. You'll be a part of a division that delivers IT solutions and services to all H&M group stores.

Process Manager: you will start your career in a cross functional unit that are responsible for management of processes like Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management. You will work with coordination and implementation of working processes and routines, and have the opportunity to learn the IT business from scratch.

Release Coordinator: you'll be a part of the delivery of global Point Of Sales projects. You will plan, coordinate and manage major complex releases and rollouts where you are able to keep a helicopter view but also go down into details. You will work together with architects, requirement analysts and testers as well as our business and external suppliers.

We believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You are a doer with strong analytical skills, have a solution oriented personality and genuine interest in IT.

You are newly graduated within Technology or Engineering from university or other higher education. You can have up to 2 years of working experience after graduation. You are fluent in English, preferably also in Swedish.

It 's a merit if you have experience in logistic, UX, e-commerce, testing or requirement analysis.
