You will be part of HVDC within the Power Systems division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 50 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. Tasks
In this position as Network Technician you will set up and configure networks and computers for HVDC. You will be an important support to our project teams within areas such as network management, operative systems and applications. You will work with several parallel projects and be part of the team that is responsible for the testing areas at HVDC, including connections and equivalent. As part of our global business you can expect great opportunities to grow professionally.

Requirements
You have knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server and Windows-client as well as of virtualization environments, Vmware ESXi, Cisco IOS or similar. Experience of program development in C++, VB.NET or C# is also an advantage, as is knowledge of network and electronics.
