We are looking for an experienced Manager for Network Product Management & Maintenance to lead and manage the team of infrastructure technicians. As a manager for this area you will have full responsibility for the people in the group and the work that they are performing.
You will be a member of the management team for the Network & Telecom area which manages the Network & Telecom environment for Volvo group and other external customers of Volvo IT. You will be part of a very dynamic and supportive group of individuals striving to deliver robust and comprehensive solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities
• You will be in charge of a group of people responsible for the Product Management and Maintenance in the Network area
• You and your team will participate in the strategic planning of the functional area and your group will drive the Product Lifecycle Management together with all involved stakeholders
• Your responsibility includes also the financial aspect of the products and the manpower calculations in the Network area
• Your mission is to create a great team atmosphere, insure that people in the group have a good working environment and an appropriate work load. You will plan and control the resources and the costs associated within your operations

And you have an excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English.
Broad IT experience as well as demonstrated experience in driving Product Lifecycle Management and execution is a prerequisite.
