Position Description
The candidate will be responsible for education, sales and marketing activities related to SolliQ's Soilbinder® products nationally and internationally.

Accountabilities
Build on new and existing Distributor network for SolliQ's B2B products with focus on road stabilization, new road construction, gravel road construction and repairs, concrete repair, asphalt repair and related service sectors. Develop new distributor channels by delivering sustainable performance and provide appropriate support for grooming sales of the distributors. Achieve targets using SLDP tools, for both new and existing Distributors.

Financial performance indicators:
Volume, Revenue, C3, Credit DSO and Controllable Costs

Sales Productivity performance indicators:
Multi Year Business Plan and Monthly Reviews, SPANCOP Management and maintain healthy Hit Rate & Cycle Time, Indirect Channel Efficiency and Revenue and C3 per Distributor. Implement Company Distributor Value Proposition (DVP) in order to increase Mind Share to Company from Distributors such like:
a. Provide Sales Support by visiting Distributors key accounts and by engaging all functions in Company that could help at delivering customer promise.
b. Act as business consultant, to efficiently manage relations with the Distributors and to audit/improve financial performance ratios.
c. Deliver agreed marketing programs and materials to increase the value to Company and Distributor through a range of cross-sell, up-sell and new-sell activities.

Creation and implementation of a Marketing Plan (CVP, Pricing, Brand & Communications campaigns) and by monitoring and reporting market trends and competition initiatives, strengths and weaknesses. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions to assist sales in resolving complex issues and improve Distributors and Customers satisfaction.

Experienced sales engineer with good distributor and regional sales management knowledge. Exposure to business-to-business sales and if you have experience in green (eco-friendly) building construction methods that perfect.

As a construction sales manager you don't just deal with products, but you'll also deal with finances, employees, and customers. If you are willing to take great responsibility then we'll reward equally as our sales managers.

Specialized knowledge in road construction. We are looking for the follwoing:
• Construction engineer with sales background
• Engineering Graduate / MBA in marketing perferred but 15 or more years of experience is also acceptable.
• Significant Sales experience with proven success in the industry, marketing and sales.
• Strong Customer focus
• Channel Management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to build constructive relationship with customers and Distributors

SolliQ is a dynamic and innovative multi-cultural company located in the heart of industrial Malmö.
SolliQ has three main focus areas:
1) Manufacturing of environmentally friendly anti-ice liquids used in the rail road and aviation sectors
2) Manufacturing of automatic anti-ice liquid application machines used on railroads, and
3) Production of various environmentally friendly formulations for binding of aggreates such as soil, gravel, asphalt and cement.
