We are looking for a

Test leader
MIL, SIL, HIL
Gothenburg

Responsibilities and tasks
Plan and recruit employees for the test and integration team as you deem necessary. Lead the work of the node test, system test and integration test.

The test leader must have an independent, sober and detailed view of software quality. You should also be able to say what parts are working properly and in what respect the system needs to improve to meet the objectives for the next milestone.

The test leader and his/her team will develop the test environment asregards both its electrical and software-related content. The test environment will most likly be based on a mixture of model-in-the loop and software-in-the loop and hardware-in-the loop. The team will also write test cases, document discrepancies, and support system and functionality engineers in their work.

The test the leader should have an open.mineded approach and flexible personality because Minesto is undergoing strong growth and transformation.

Professional experience and education

Qualifications:

Serve as an integration leader.
Have the necessary skills to solve complex technical problems.
In depth knowledge of real-time critical systems in difficult environments is necessary.
Possess a certain level of experience and good familiarity with at least some of the different tools available for automated tests.
Preferably an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, data analysis, or similar.
Communicate fluently in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.

Advantages
It is an advantage if the test leader is accustomed to working in small businesses that are at a stage of rapid growth. This is virtually a requirement, and at the very least a great advantage. It is also an advantage if the test leader is familiar with and used to working with hardware.
