Qliro is now looking for a Product Owner to join the Merchant Integration & Experience team. You will set the direction of future development, execute your plan and own the overall experience of Qliro's Merchant Web. In this newly formed part of the organization, you will join a team of Product Owners and Solution Managers whose focus is our merchants' experience. This role will be critical in mapping a user landscape, discovering the best ways to meet users' needs then using that to lead product development in a cross-functional team.
What you'll do:
• Beyond gathering requirements, truly understand merchants' needs and deliver on them
• Driving initiatives for the product, as well as governing and controlling operational processes and compliance of the product
• Measure and monitor product performance to find new initiatives for improvements
• Communicate your product vision to various stakeholders, including steering groups, the product organization and your cross-functional team
• Identify and work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand potential future requirements
• Prioritize the backlog to continuously deliver incremental value
• Collaborate with internal functions to resolve issues
We believe you:
• Have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Have a minimum of three years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Are an excellent informal leader and able to inspire advocates for your product among your stakeholders
• Drive optimization and promote an insights-driven culture throughout the organization
• Are superbly able to gather and interpret data, research and devise experiments to inform decision-making
• May have domain knowledge such as e-commerce or payments industry
