MultiMind is looking to hire a person for a consultancy opportunity in Stockholm for a world leading company. You will ensure that products and brands are promoted as effectively as possible in point of sale.

The company is very creative, high paced. It requires a high level of adaptability and a large commitment to the work.

Key job Accountabilities:

• Act as the referral in the knowledge of countries specific needs and practices regarding POS animation, Ensures efficient POS/PLV process between all stakeholders
• Drives declining of the brand message and developing non-permanent POS items from a harmonized Nordic catalogue for launches and promotions according to the category activation/ Business plan
• Makes spectrum proposals and load up proposals based on MS ambition
• Ensure new products are given the right visibility and execute locally the Nordic POS approach
• For ongoing activation plan, build POS in-store elements based on Nordic catalogue elements and promotes harmonization. Adapts layout needs.
• Coordinate the timing and catalogue needs between sales and HUB ISAT team
• Develops necessary tools to manage and optimize the in-store elements flow and timelines, and efficiency analysis
• Manages local in-store visual needs
• Liaises efficiently with HUB, category lead teams, sales, supply and purchasing

Required Competencies:

• Business knowledge and understanding of FMCG business
• Experience of process management, preferably from another FMCG business
• Experience on working within customer activation marketing or similar
• Sensitivity to detail and visual approach
• Strategic thinking, ability to manage complexity
• Team work and influencing skills to work with stakeholders across organization
