Jobdescription
As a Member of the Order Desk at DeLaval you will be a member of a team that works in the area of Export Service.
You are responsible for:
• Service and Inform Local Sales Organisations, Dealers and other External Customers regarding orders, order status and shipping
• Correct and timely information to accounting department
• Correct shipping documents in accordance with rules and regulations
• Follow up and comply with existing Trade Compliance regulations
Who are you?
You are educated to a Gymnasium competence and have at least 2 years relevant experience in logistics. You have a good knowledge in Letter of Credit and have a background in shipping department. You have basic knowledge in accounting and Trade Compliance and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience of SAP is a merit. Since the job includes a lot of contact with both internal and external people, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The job requires ability to prioritize and to work on projects cross-functionally in an international environment. You also are flexible and have great problem solving skills.
This position reports to the Head of Export Sales and is based in Tumba, Stockholm.
