Presentation
The E-stim Development & Care group is part of the Wound Care Research & Development department. The
E-stim group is responsible for Development and Care of wound electro stimulation device. This is a newly acquired product area in which Mölnlycke Health Care now are planning a new generation of the complete system.
Your duties are many and various with main focus on developing the next generation of electro stimulation system including dressing electrode and signal generation device. You will also be part of existing product care and documentation.

• Define product and process requirements during development, specifically with regards to technical details.
• Coordinate and lead technical activities during product development, such as Risk assessment and Verification
• Review technical documentation
• Review technical designs
• Provide input to technical Risk assessments
• Lead Design transfer activities
• Lead detailed technical assessment during incidents and complaint investigations and field actions.
• Coordinate consultants when needed
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders such as Marketing and Regulatory Affairs
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are recruiting an engineer interested in, and with experience of, development and maintenance of medical electrical systems.
Your background is preferably from a medical device company with products consisting of electronics, mechanics and embedded as well as stand-alone softwares. You have been working closely with serial production sites and components suppliers and have experience from transferring products from development to production.
It is important to be motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently. The position requires accuracy, high integrity, and good communication skills. You should be flexible and able to prioritize.
You should have:
• a high technical understanding for the medical device regulatory environment.
• vast analytical skills and ability to draw credible conclusions.
• talent for building good relationships with colleagues as part of a group of three colleagues based at headquarters in Gothenburg.
You are computer literate and able to speak and write English on a high level. Experience from project management and technical German skills are appreciated.
