Your Responsibilities:
Develop different powertrain designs on part level, sub-system, and system level.
Be responsible for specifications of the detailed design
Be customer responsible for development work and reports
Lead the designs towards different interfaces such as customers, suppliers, manufacturing sites, calculations and testing with main focus on attributes, performance, cost, manufacturing feasibility and quality.
We work in-house as well as resident engineers at customer sites so it is important that you are flexible and can see the opportunity to manage different type of projects.

Your Profile:
Masters or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Good analytical capability.
Good knowledge of machine elements.
Experience from product development of powertrain components/engines for light- or heavy-duty applications.
Good knowledge in 3D CAD modeling, specially Catia.
Good knowledge in specification creation (drawings) and manufacturing processes used for engine production.
Very good social abilities and good communication skills in Swedish and English
Knowledge in hybrid systems and/or electric machines is an advantage.
Well organized and enthusiastic team member that can lead the project forward
