Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

The organization "Product introduction Chassis and Cabs" represents Final Assembly and Cab assembly in the Product Development Process. The mission is to secure product introductions with 0 deviations.
The organization is located in Södertälje for Chassis and Oskarshamn for Cabs.

"Product introduction Chassis and Cabs" in Södertälje consists of engineering departments and a development line where product and process is verified at SOP. The engineering departments has different focus areas, like project management, logistic development, process development and digital/physical test assembly where Dimensional Engineering is included.

The Dimensional Engineering group is working with DTS - Dimensional Technical Specification. This means securing of gap and flush on exterior parts on cab and chassis.

We are now searching for a Measurement Analyst to Dimensional Engineering Group within Chassis. The group consists of 5 persons, 1 Analyst, 2 Technicians, 1 Logistics and 1 Team Leader.
The whole department Digital/Physical Test Assembly consists of 16 persons.

Your tasks

• Analysis of measurement results

• Root Cause Analysis - Investigation of reason for quality deviations

• Measurement preparation including assembly
• Development of measurement strategies
• Global support

Your profile

• Positive mindset.
• Good at planning your own work.
• Good at taking action to be able to go forward.
• Interested to work as a team but also able to work independently when needed.
• 3+ years of experience as a quality technician within automotive industry.
• Experience from Dimensional Engineering.

• Root Cause Analysis.
• Preparation.

• Computer skills; Office, Catia.
• University education.
• Good knowledge in English, both in speaking and writing.

Meritorious: Knowledge in Portuguese, both in speaking and writing.
