Yves Rocher Suède AB is now looking for a
Marketing/Visual merchandising assistant
Your assignment is to assist our retail team of 5 people with its contact to our 20 stores in Scandinavia. All so we can continue reinforcing Yves Rochers position in being one of the leading cosmetic companies in the Nordic market.
Main tasks
• Prepare template for Campaign Analysis with Shop info/ Promomag/ Product Selected / and Competition Watch
• Set up Campaign follow up on merchandising point of view with Shop Window, Animation Table, Rupture to define optimal customer path per campaign
• Ensure proper deployment of Campaign in POS in accordance with the time table: support sales force & start to prepare shop manager meeting.
• Assisting two Campaign Managers and one Merchandiser Manager with routine tasks such as selection base, Local Campaign follow up, Price Tags , Weekly News info and opening new stores
• Responsible for ensuring the correct information is sent to the stores or posted on the intranet
• Build the office window at the entrance (with a photograph as an instruction to the stores) and send to stores in accordance with the time table
• Ordering support, contact with stores, MFF and warehouse
We are looking for you who are in the beginning of your career and have just graduated from YH school or university within the field of marketing/selling or visual merchandising. You are well known working in powerpoint since this will be your main working tool. Furthermore you are structured, driven and creative. The manager of the team in from France therefore you aren?t afraid to speak or write in English.
