Job summary
Within EMEA Marketing Services Team we are looking for a Marketing Services Manager. In this position you will be responsible for driving and executing Marketing Services in the EMEA region, acting as a growth partner for our customers and prospects, supporting them in achieving sustainable profitable growth by identifying category and channels opportunities, incubating, and materializing their ideas from beginning to end. You will help us to create, drive and execute the growth strategy across EMEA region, both with locomotive customers as well as part of our business development activities.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden and it is a temporary position in replacement of an absentee with the right to be back in her/his current position.
What you will do
As Manager Automation & Electrical Engineering Flex Zone, you will manage the Automation and Electrical Flex Zone team in Europe and Africa to ensure that the demands for Capital Equipment projects. You will also manage the external Automation Flex Zone.
You will focus on:
Drive identification of business opportunities and leverage on Marketing Services tools and methodologies to support customers' growth
Test and experiment new methodologies and tools to further strengthen our Marketing Services offer for customers
Design, plan and facilitate in-presence/remote sessions with customers and prospects
Understand deeply categories, consumers and channels trends in EMEA region to support fact-based decision making
Act as a reference partner for the local marketing teams in EMEA to support them in driving their market plans
Partner with other teams within marketing, business development, food tech and sales to integrate all capabilities relevant for the specific customer 's projects
Cooperate with agencies and other external partners.
We believe you have
A University Degree in Marketing; additional qualifications and competencies related to Digital Marketing, Retail, Branding and Design thinking will be considered a strong plus
Previous experience in B2C Marketing, Design Thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies will be considered a strong plus
Customer centricity is a must
A real interest in consumer behavior, trends and foresight, which you proactively promote to customers to help identify the right solutions within our portfolio
Ability to prioritize and adapt. You like to be exposed to new challenges and enjoy the possibility to solve them
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing or sales
You are fluent in English both written and spoken, it is requested fluency in one or more of European languages
You may frequently travel around the rest of the EMEA markets, even if it is not always you can considering up to 30% of the time.
