• produce qualitative research that will support the Insights and Analytics team with brand monitoring, customers' satisfaction, market potential, competitors' rent levels monitoring, new markets analysis, specific qualitative research, web based research, etc.
• support the planning and implementation of the market research projects, their quality and further usage, both in-house and outsourced
• support the development of the overall Marketing research agenda and define the role of customer research needs to support the Marketing Insights and Analytics team
• provide the Marketing and Concept teams with properly analysed market information from planned periodical research, as well as support them in specific ad-hoc research requests
• develop recommendations for key stakeholders, notably Marketing, Concept & Customer Experience, and Meeting Places, on key focus areas based on market and consumer intelligence
• maintain an internal/external network to meet all Marketing Insights & Analytics needs across Ingka Centres and manage relationships with vendors as required to support applicable research needs
• work in close cooperation with the Insights & Analytics Manager and Senior Insights Analysts to support the marketing planning process with sufficient market information
• execute exemplary research, while mentoring and training others in the domain to conduct and deliver research, role modelling the culture and values of our organisation

You have expert knowledge of:
• methods and tools to gather relevant data-sets, how to process and derive actionable insights from it and how to interpret it for strategic frameworks, tactical planning and business decision-making purposes
• how to perform an analysis on a market in order to identify business opportunities
• how to manage data to gain insights for business purposes and decision-making
methods to source, collect, sort, analyse and share, both internal, external and from digital sources, customer data to provide insights for business purposes
• how to analyse data from digital sources to gain insights of IKEA customers for business purposes and decision-making
• how to identify and define general market requirements, customer demands on our range/offer
• existing and potential customer's needs, behaviours and aspirations to be able to help IKEA evaluate future endeavours and further translate insights into most relevant ideas & solutions, to support for business purpose and decision-making
• Key Performance Indicators used for success measures for own function and business
project management
The Marketing Research Leader will support the Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager to develop the Analytics strategy and plan for C&D by producing or commissioning research related to Customer, Community, Marketplace or Partners. The Research Leader will directly contribute to the Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager initiatives to support Ingka Centre's customer strategy and tactics.
