We are looking for a Marketing Project Leader to be responsible for running all projects within marketing from start to finish. As the heart of the multiple projects that run simultaneously, it is your role to bring all of our in-house talents and teams (main stakeholders: Inhouse agency, Brand, CRM, Web, Social) together to ensure that creative, interesting, and engaging work is being produced.
You are process-focused, with an eye for detail. You have a solid understanding of market activities, you can multi-task, and you're hands-on. Last but not least, you're a team player, someone who genuinely enjoys collaboration and working with others. You embrace change, and if your timings or budgets need adjustment, it's not a problem.
Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives. The position is a senior role, reporting to Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the planning and execution of the launch, adhering to the launch plan.
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.
• Manage all marketing channels, focusing on digital, to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage and drive key milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure the development and implementation of web analytic tools.
• Monitor competition and provide unique ideas.
• Maintain platform guidelines.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or digital technologies.
• Proven working experience in global marketing management.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience within Marketing/ Digital.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
