If you choose to commute to Älmhult, this is not a problem because the office is a stone's throw from the train station, and the shuttle buses to Helsingborg leave right outside IKEA of Sweden
The Marketing & Communication Technical Specialist is part of the Commercial function in either Range Area Food Services or Range Area Consumer Packaged Goods, and report to the Commercial Manager.
Your main responsibilities include:
To work with food service and packaged food products from a communication perspective throughout the Product life cycle and the customer experience journey, in connection with technical communication like legal claims and symbols.
To analyse and identify the need of technical communication content, based on insights and customer needs, for e.g. in/on consumer package, 3D-models, cooking instructions, technical and legal texts - connected to the set processes.
To secure the customer perspective in technical communication when developing news, improves and running range in the product development process (DNP process).
To secure, create and follow-up technical communication content, through set process with Range & Product Engineering and Packaging Solution Engineering.
To proactively inform communication production suppliers about upcoming plans to secure the technical content readiness.
To work out the standard and structure for food communication requirements connected to our packages and in the developing multichannel landscape, cross organization.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with passion for communication, business, branding! You are guided by simplicity and you always strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high quality food communication.
You have several years of experience working with communication, with the ability to turn complex technical information into customer friendly and simple documentation. You enjoy taking initiatives and lead and drive product and range communication content with customer perspective at heart.
You love working with details and analyse them and bring structure into complex areas.
You can drive and develop your area of responsibility cross organisation - since food is in a build-up phase in many areas of product communication.
