hela Sverige Fazer Retail is on an exciting growth journey and we need a Marketing & Category Manager to strengthen the team. The Marketing and Category Manager has a key function in the organisation with responsibility for the marketing and category work. In the role you will work closely with the production and sales management to understand production capabilities and commercial needs. You will report directly to the Customer experience & Marketing Director, Fazer Retail.
To succeed in the role you need to be self-driven, customer oriented and have a positive attitude towards change. We expect you to be the customers advocate in the organisation providing the rest of the organisation with valuable customer insights and suggestion on improvements.
Fazer Retail is part of Fazer Group. In Sweden, Fazer Retail operates under the brand Gateau. In this role you will have opportunity to work with a brand well known for its high-quality products.
Marketing
• Create, plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive growth against agreed KPIs
• Analyse and report marketing effectiveness
• Overseeing marketing budget
• Managing social media accounts and website
• SEO & SEM
• Supporting stores in marketing activities
Category management
• Product portfolio planning and development
• Managing and organizing category management and product development processes
• Analysis and reporting of category performance
• Product presentation and planogram development
• Sourcing of new products
Requirements:
• Master 's or Bachelor 's degree in marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail category and marketing function
• Good knowledge of category management and new product development
• Digital marketing skills, including Social Media advertising, Google Adwords and marketing automation
• Website management and understanding of SEO principles
• Strong project management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish
• Good co-operative skills
