As the Marketing Manager Nordic you are responsible for executing the marketing strategies in your local market(s) across all Zound's brands (adidas, Marshall and Urbanears). In your role you ensure that each brand is supported with a holistic brand experience across all consumer touchpoints that builds deep consumer connectivity and drives sell-thru. You work in a cross functional network across Sales and Marketing both in your geographic focus market and the Regional and the Central brand teams. In collaboration with Head of Marketing EMEA and Country Manager you translate a Global and Regional consistent marketing strategy into country specific executional plans for local relevancy. Your focus will be to ensure that our brands drive short and long term commercial success. Also supporting marketing execution across PR, Culture, brand activations and channel marketing.
What you'll do
• Develop local marketing objectives as well as overall priorities for the market
• Ensure global brand consistency, impact and relevance when localising/adapting brand communications
• Work closely with the marketing stakeholders at the retail accounts in order to secure desired presentation of products and brands physical and digital retail.
• Manage local country marketing budget and expenditure in accordance with Regional & Central brand strategy
• Support Global Media Manger with local media insights and implementation (owned, earned, shared and bought media)
• Support execution of Earned media (PR)
• Activate all three Zound brands in the field in accordance the annual brand & marketing roadmaps
• Be the conduit to locally relevant culture, brand communities and ambassadors
• Together with the Head of Marketing EMEA and the Country manager drive local go-to-market strategies in accordance with the brand roadmaps
• Implement activations to support the commercial calendar and drive sell-out in all relevant channels
• Keep track of overall consumer & category trends and competitor activity as well as provide key market insights
• Where appropriate, manage local agencies, recommend partners and negotiate agreements
• Monitor brand health and performance and provide reports in line with defined brand objectives & KPI 's
• Be the go-to contact for all local market Key Account management and marketing program coordination.
You will report to the Country manager UK, Ireland & Nordic with a dotted line to Head of Marketing EMEA. You will work closely together with our central brand and marketing teams as well as sales and channel marketing team.

You ideally have a finger on the pulse of music, tech, entertainment, popular culture, a strategic mindset with a hands on approach. You are eager to learn new skills, curious at heart, proactive and pragmatic. Having a cooperative mind set aimed at adding value to Zound's culture will be fundamental.
Experience and Skills
• Experience in Channel Marketing, successfully driving activities through partners
• Experience of consumer marketing from an organization where strong brand building is essential for business success
• Experience in brand/or product marketing, PR, social media and culture marketing
• A network and experience managing lifestyle channels would be beneficial
