MARKETING MANAGER, NORDICS
responsible for our DTP Unit Marketing in the Nordics and marketing execution in Sweden.
At OpusCapita, our vision is to transform customers? purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes for the digital age. Document and Transaction Processing (DTP) is one of our three Units and offers order-do-cash services, eg. invoice and document sending, debt collection and credit management in the Nordics.
ABOUT THE JOB
We all in marketing are responsible to turn business strategies into marketing targets and activities, in order to increase OpusCapita?s desired brand awareness and to generate good quality leads to sales.
The DTP Marketing Manager is a member of the Unit?s Leadership Team and decides on key marketing messages, value propositions and target industries within DTP. She/he also makes the overall marketing plan for DTP even if country marketing managers in Norway and Finland execute their share. In addition to this, she/he will holistically plan, execute and follow-up marketing in Sweden.
The position is located in our new Sundbyberg office in Stockholm, and reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU?
To be successful in this position, an ideal candidate will have:
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and understanding of customers? buying processes and different roles
• Ability to create and formulate value propositions and key messages, and to communicate them effectively in the right channels
• Some technical knowledge in using marketing tools like CRM, marketing automation, web/intranet publishing tools etc.
• Process and project management
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to network with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish, other Nordic languages are an advantage
To succeed in this role you also need to have an ability to work in a global organization within virtual teams. We are in contact with our international colleagues on a daily basis and English is our official language.
