Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Marketing Manager located in Stockholm, Lund, Malmö or Copenhagen to the Nordics and Baltic Countries. This position is accountable for leveraging the synergies in the NB zone in the areas of Product management and sales support / back office. It is also the first point of operational contact with Energy BU in matters such as Annual Market & Sales Plan (AMSP) and offer launches. You will play an operational role in the countries where Product Management is not yet developed.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Adapt Energy BU global strategy to the NB market in operational plans/launches
• Align, develop and leverage synergies/best practice within Product Managers and Sales support/back office community
• Drive, monitor and develop Marketing process, AMSP, AMR etc
• Challenge and support countries in the creation and execution of AMSP
• Drive price positioning
• Conduct market surveys and assessments of market potentials
What kind of expertise do you need?
• A minimum of 5 years of Industry Experience in electrical distribution, middle voltage and if you have knowledge about smart grid or smart meter it 's an advantage.
• Bachelor degree minimum, MBA is an additional benefit
• Ability to lead a team, set targets and delegate to execute on strategy
• Responsible for staff/talent management
• Good knowledge of electrical distribution business and Energy BU targeted segments
• You speak any of the Nordic languages as well as English fluently
