Rekryteringsgruppen i Stockholm AB is looking for a Marketing Manager on behalf of the client. You will work out with our customer in Kista, north of Stockholm. The customer is a global player in home electronics and has its Nordic office in Stockholm. You will belong to a driven, creative and curious team with varied skills and experiences.
The marketing department has the task of promoting the company's brand and products. It is a broad role where you will work directly or indirectly with all disciplines in the art of marketing.
To succeed in this service we believe that you are responsible, work well in teams, bubt also are self-driven. You have strong presentation, team management and project management skills.. You are the main interface for creative and media agencies.
You will
Participate in the development, implementation and follow-up of strategies for the customer's brands
Manage and execute the annual marketing plan
Develop, manage and execute the yearly marketing budget with monthly revisions
Plan, implement and follow up on decided marketing activities
Develop and ensure compliance with the brand's profile in all channels
Collect, analyze and present ongoing follow-up of results * Can work with short deadlines but still has an eye for details
Competence requirements and personal characteristics
We are looking for you who are driven, responsible, careful and have a high level of collaboration. You are persuasive in your communication, both orally and in writing. That you have a solid sense of service and are good at creating trusting and lasting relationships. You need to be able to structure, plan and prioritize work.
You have an academic degree in marketing / communication or equivalent education / experience. We see that you have a few years of professional experience and are used to initiating and running projects in various forms. Merit is if you have worked with B2C.
You speak Swedish and English freely and if you speak any other Scandinavian language it is a merit.
